We offer design and consultancy services with our own qualified personnel or in collaboration with specialized companies, through engineers specialized in the design of civil, industrial and agricultural buildings, halls, metal structures, installations.

Execution of precast concrete elements

Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art technical facilities, so that we can ensure a production capacity of more than 1500 cubic metres of prefabricated products per month in two shifts.

We have outdoor storage platforms adjacent to the production areas with an area of about 12000 sqm.

We have 9 production lines for prefabricated elements:

• Foundation elements, sleeve foundation elements
• Reinforced and prestressed concrete linear structural elements, columns, beams and roof panels, floor beams, foundation beams, edge beams, gable beams, footing support beams, footings;
• Elements for walls, facade panels and single and triple sided plinths;
• Wall element for support, retaining walls;
• Floor plates for floor systems;
• Ribbed floor elements, TT type elements;
• Bridge elements, beam I 72-14m, ⊥ 42 - ⊥ 52;
• Box culverts type: C1, C2, C2′, C2″ ‘, C3, CP2, CP2’, P2, R1, R2, R3, LO, L1, L2, L3, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, A0, A1, A2, A3, T1, T2, T3;

The precast products are made of high quality concrete from our own concrete plantsThe concrete required for the precast elements is provided by two LIEBHERR concrete batching plants with a production capacity of 100mc per hour, both equipped with a moisture meter to determine the moisture content of the aggregates. Both stations are controlled by computers equipped with state-of-the-art management and record-keeping software, as well as their own heating plants which provide the steam needed to heat or defrost the units during cold periods of the year.
The processing of concrete steel with diameters of 6-12 mm is done mechanically with computer-controlled milling machines.

ACI CLUJ S.A. ensures through its own appropriate logistics, the transport of items with normal dimensions and oversize.

In addition to the industrial production, we provide the assembly of prefabricated products with specialized personnel.

We have qualified personnel, capable of ensuring the processing and management of a project by planning, organizing, team building / training, communication, control and decision making for the safe and quality completion of the objectives.

Given the resources at our disposal, we respond promptly to all requests from beneficiaries for technical assistance in both implementation and operation
